One of my family's favorite shows of the year - the Central Coast Classic, held on the grass in Santa Maria, CA. Every year my dad comes down with his mare Fauna & we have a great time at the show.  Since its close to home, I show out of the trailer and take the horses home every night.  This year we showed Tentacion, Tradicional & Fastigio. Nicholas Breaux was the judge.

Tentacion had a stellar show, winning
 - 1st Fillies 3 yrs of age halter
 - 1st Fillies Bozal
 - 2nd Bozal Pisos
 - Champion Halter Filly
 - Reserve Champion Bozal Horse
 - High Point Bozal Horse

Tradicional also went to the show.  He was 2nd in his halter 2 yr old colts class.  I was so proud of him standing tied to the trailer all day, and just in general being an incredible gentleman with all the activity surrounding him.

Now, on to the BIG news!

RDS Fastigio, at his **20** years of age returned to the show ring to win Champion of Champions Amateur Performance Stallion & LAUREADO!!! He also won Champion of Champions Performance Stallion. This is is first laureado win, and his 6th Champion of Champions win.  For a horse with a show record spanning 16 years, this was VERY exciting!
